If you need a password reset, please follow the steps below. All student password reset requests must go through the Guidance Office. This process helps us ensure that any concerns related to your account are addressed, with your counselor's support.
Steps to Request a Password Reset

Visit Your Guidance Counselor
- Go to the Guidance Office and speak with your assigned counselor to request a password reset.
- Your counselor will help you with your request and will reach out to the IT Department if a reset is needed.

Wait for Your Counselor to Contact IT
- After discussing your request, your counselor will determine if a reset is appropriate.
- If approved, they will forward your request to the IT Department, and your password will be reset as soon as possible.

- Once the reset is complete, you will be notified by your counselor or IT about the next steps for logging back in.
